As part of our journey towards gaining the successful accreditation of BSI: ISO 9001 and 14001 and completing our CEAM-Make assessment, Architectural FX have been working towards becoming more sustainable.

Our internal and external research has found that even with the welcomed changes to the design and construction of new projects, there is still a throwaway culture when projects come to the end
of life or building requirements change. Whilst the end user may be finished with these products, it
does not mean they have reached their end of life.

Our team have created ‘Architectural FX MarketPlace’ as a not-for-profit portal, to offer an opportunity to resell and repurpose second-hand lighting and hardware to provide a sustainable alternative to the premature recycling or disposal of products.

This portal has been designed to be simple and easy-to-use for both buyers and sellers with the hope
that it will encourage users from all sectors to make use of this platform. Our sustainable
responsibility does not end once the products have been delivered.
